Job Description
Key Tasks:
The Training Officer, reporting to the Senior Training Officer, will work at our plant in Lucca as well as abroad, in order to train internal staff, agents and international customers in the use of the full range of our products. The person will be responsible for the training organization and teaching.
Main Duties:
Organise training assigned by the Senior Training Manager and those to be conducted in person
Ensure that all documentation necessary for training is produced under the supervision of the Senior Training Officer
Manage the planning, teaching materials and logistics of the training
Together with the Senior Training Officer, ensure that the standard training programme is updated, following the launch of new products on the market or of changes made to the features of those already on the market. This will involve close liaison with the Engineering and Marketing departments
Maintain records of the training attended by employees/external staff
Carry out final course examinations and therefore access the overall effectiveness of training activities
Required Attributes:
A technically oriented person with a technical qualification and a minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles in the industry of automation or similar is preferred
The role requires strong communication skills with good organisation, commercial skills, interpersonal and analytical capabilities
Good awareness of MS Office Professional
Fluent in English, both written and spoken is mandatory
Ability to plan travel and to manage time
