Job Description
Key Tasks:
The Craft (2 Year) programme is based on building skills and expertise on the shopfloor. Our apprentices achieve their NVQ Level 2 qualification whilst at work; this route does not involve any study spent at college; all assessments are carried out in the workplace.

Personal Specification:
To get the most from this opportunity, you should ideally have good passes in GCSE English, Maths and Science or possibly a GNVQ and the desire to progress within a shop floor environment. You will be expected to demonstrate that you are conscientious, reliable and possess the ability to learn new skills and to get involved in all aspects of our production activities. The successful candidate should have a flexible approach, a talent for hands-on / practical work, and a keen interest in engineering. It will also be important to have a commitment to training and the desire to develop a long-term career with potential to work in all areas of the production facility and to progress as far as possible.
